Spetses, Hydra and Poros were the incubators for the creation of early Greece, while simultaneously being a base for the Greek Battle of Independence. Their contribution to the Revolution of 1821 was unique. That’s why they were so loved by the Greeks, and mainly the most excellent representatives of Greek intellect and art.
