WILD FLOWERS OF GREECE

A special volume, which includes 130 kinds of rare and also many indigenous plants of the Greek flora, painted from live by the botanical painter Niki A. Goulandri, President of the Goulandri Museum of Natural History. All painted representations included in the book are in natural size, accompanied by the botanical description and geographical spread of each plant. 2010 was the international biodiversity year. This edition paves the way for the international promotion of Greek flora.
Texts: Arne Strid, Professor of Botanology at the University of Copenhagen, and Kit Tan, Associate Professor at the same University.
